Opening Your Account

Pick 10 reserves the right to refuse bets at anytime if the correct account information is not provided when signing up for an account with Footballwinners.

Pick10 Ltd will deduct 35% of the pot to cover the running costs.

Acceptance and Validation of an Entry

In order for a bet placed through the Footballwinners web site to be valid you must receive confirmation from us that the bet has been received. The bet will have been deemed confirmed when it registers on your account details page. Once it has been confirmed, you cannot cancel a bet. Footballwinners will not refund any entries.

Please check your bet details carefully before submitting your bet to us. You may receive a message other than a confirmation message stating that the bet has not been accepted.

Monies will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your entry, no matter when the result is determined.

Payment of Winnings & Minimum Account Balances

You will be contacted by email for winnings inviting your instructions regarding method of payment.

All payments will be coordinated by Footballwinners.

All winnings will be paid to winners using BAC’s or cheques. All payments will be made to winners within 7 days of the winning tickets being issued to Footballwinners.

Once you have submitted your request, you will receive a confirmation message that the transfer has been actioned. If you clear your account down to zero, to place any further entries you will be required to transfer a minimum deposit of £10 into your account.

In the event of any inconsistencies between these Site Rules and such other rules, these site rules will prevail. Rules for Promotions

Pick 10 will from time to time offer members and non members incentives. The incentives will be at the discretion of Pick 10 Limited.

1. Matching Cash - If you have used a promotion that matches the cash you deposit in an account terms and conditions do apply;

a. The monies deposited by Pick 10 Limited are not refundable to the account holder.

b. Your cash deposited needs to be fully spent before the matched cash from Pick 10 Limited takes force, even though the cash may appear in your account.

c. The promotion will only be valid until the published date. Each promotion will have a shelf life.

d. Pick 10 Limited reserve the right to refuse any promotion to any member that does not follow the Footballwinners rules.
